I, Julia Irwin, am a person who certainly exists. This follows from the fact that I have thoughts (or so believed Descartes.)
Sometimes my thoughts are humorous. This follows from the fact that at least three people have told me that they think I am funny, only one of whom is an immediate family member.
For some reason the text on this page only aligns properly if I write something in this space, thus I have done so.

This is a blog where I recount humorous events from my real life and fantasize about a world in which many people find them stupendously engaging, enough that I gain a massive cult following and become obscenely rich and never have to do the law things ever again.
Frankly, I am not yet entirely sure how my massive cult following will result in my becoming obscenely rich, but I have observed a correlation between the two phenomena, and in my fantasy world, correlation implies causation. It is, after all, my fantasy, which I think means I get to make the rules.
